has over 30 years Information Technology experience. He is highly experienced in all facets of Information Technology applications including feasibility study and product development life cycles of Mainframe Legacy Systems, Client Server environment and WEB-based applications and implementation of Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks. Previously, Harmahesh was Vice President of Professional Services of Vetri Systems a Division of Lason Systems. Vetri Systems provided Data Capture, Digitization of Documents, and Professional Consulting Services to fortune 500 companies in the US.
Gurpreet Singh, V.P. Operations
Gurpreet helps define growth at RSB. Gurpreet's responsibilities include setting short-term/long-term goals, working with senior team to define business & marketing strategies and the execution and monitoring of such strategies. Gurpreet also plays a key role in international business development and partner management within RSB. Gurpreet has rich and varied experience in product development and management experience ranging from offshore program management to managing software delivery.
Gurpreet has over eight years of experience as an offshore consultant for a variety of clients ranging from small business and start-ups to large corporate and international entities. He possesses strong leadership skills exemplified through his experience in International Business and Offshoring IT Services. His vision of "Building Business Value Through Technology" has led the company in developing its core methodology and processes. With Gurpreet's experience RSB has developed into an outsourcing services provider that helps partners and clients successfully focus on their core competencies, improve quality, speed time-to-market, and increase profitability by setting up development teams offshore.
Rupesh Thondapati, V.P. Software Development
Rupesh with his leadership helps manage growth at RSB. His responsibilities range from setting overall corporate strategy and building the company's New Media brand and market positioning. Rupesh is currently serving as V.P. Software Development at RSB Systems India. Rupesh’s responsibilities include setting long-term goals, working with senior team to define business unit goals and the execution and monitoring of such goals. He possesses strong management skills that develops leadership, promotes creativity, openness and superior culture in the organization. Rupesh also provides oversight over Human Resources and Finance functions within RSB.
Vijay Verma, Manager Operations
Has above 28 years of work experience of which 20 years of Technical and administrative experience with Indian Air Force at various capacities in the field of Electronic Test Equipment repair, maintenance and calibration and documentation. He has been with RSB since 2000. He has demonstrated ability in project implementations and administrative management. His just in time man management resulted in financial savings for company and the customers. He lead, mentored, trained and evaluated staff of various fields. He has demonstrated the ability to take optimum output and expand knowledge base to juniors . He is a graduate(Equivalent) and Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering
